Discounts and general information
- Children's discount: 0 - 2 years 100 %, 3 - 4 years 50 %, 5 - 14 years 30 %, from 16 years in extra bed 20 %.
- For short stays up to 3 days, a surcharge of € 5.00 is charged.
- Dogs: we charge € 10.00 per day for your four-legged friend.
- Spa tax: Winter € 2.20 - Summer € 1.70 per person/day from age 15.
- Deposit: When making a reservation, a deposit of € 200.00 is to be paid per room. Short-term bookings can be confirmed by providing the credit card number. For the holiday apartment, with occupancy of 6 guests, a deposit of € 520.00 is to be paid.
- Arrival / Departure: On the day of arrival, the rooms will be ready for occupancy from 15:00, on the day of departure please vacate the rooms by 10:00.
- Breakfast: Kick off the day with our extensive breakfast buffet daily from 8:00 - 10:00 in the breakfast room. Our guests staying in the holiday apartments can enjoy breakfast in the hotel for a surcharge of € 7.00 per person/day.
- Day bar: Opening hours: 7:30 - 23:00.
- Hotelrestaurant kitchen (open only in winter!): 12:00 - 13:30 small snack menu, 18:00 - 20:30 full menu.
- Sauna: Our sauna and relaxation area is available for you to enjoy daily by prior request.
