When preparing our dishes, we place great value on quality and regionality - which you can also make out in the taste of our dishes.

In the Hotelrestaurant Birkhahn, from 18:00 - 20:30 (only open in winter!), we serve tasty appetisers, delicious soups which perfectly suit the cold season as well as juicy steaks, fresh fish but also traditional dishes such as pasta parcels made according to grandmother’s recipe. Of course, a sweet dessert must not be left out!

From 12:00 - 13:30 we serve from a small snack menu.
