All quoted prices are per person per night.
In the family rooms there is an extra charge of €36.00 per day for each additional child.
Cancellation conditions
For the winter 2023/2024 the following cancellation rules apply
- Up to 1 month before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
- 30 days to 1 week before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
- If you cancel within the last week before arrival, we charge 90% of the booking price. The entire booking period is to be paid, even in case of late arrival or early departure.
- The AGBH (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry) apply to us.
Discounts and general information
- Discount for children: 0 – 2 years 100 %, 3 – 4 years 50 %, 5 – 14 years 30 %, from 16 years in extra bed 20 %.
- For short stays up to 3 days we charge an extra fee of 10,00 € to 30,00 € per day and accommodation unit.
- Dogs: for your four-legged friend we charge 15,00 € per day
- Visitor’s tax: 3,20 € per person/day from the age of 15 onwards
- Deposit: At the point of reservation a deposit of € 300,- per room is required and for the apartment € 700,-.
- Arrival/Departure: On arrival, the rooms are available from 03.00 pm. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10.00 am.
- Breakfast: Start the day with our various breakfast buffet daily from 8.00 – 10.00 am in the breakfast room.
- Day bar: Opening hours: during restaurant hours
Hotel restaurant kitchen (open only in winter!): 06:00pm – 08.00pm
